Yin Yoga

Service Description

This 60-minute class will provide the students with a variety of evidence-based mindful and restorative practices to help promote physical relaxation and mental & energetic rest. We will go into some supported stretches to target the myofascial system. The overall intention of this practice is to help students regulate their central nervous system and promote improved wellbeing leaving class feeling safe, relaxed, and better balanced. This class is a monthly offering and is included in our membership and class pass packages.
